Zodiac Zips is a curated platform. Every astrologer is reviewed before joining and agrees to these standards as a condition of offering readings. Customers can report any concern to contact@zodiaczips.com; verified violations lead to removal from the roster.
1. Scope of practice
Readings are astrological interpretation: reflection, pattern, and perspective on a customer’s chart and questions. Astrologers on Zodiac Zips must not:
- Diagnose medical or psychological conditions, or claim to detect illness in a chart
- Advise a customer to stop, change, or avoid medical treatment or medication
- Provide specific instructions for securities trading, gambling, or betting
- Present astrology as a guaranteed prediction of the future
2. Prohibited claims and pressure tactics
- Guaranteeing outcomes of any kind — pregnancy, marriage, reconciliation, wealth, career results, or legal outcomes
- Claiming a curse, hex, or negative energy exists and that removing it requires additional payment
- Threatening spiritual, karmic, or astrological consequences if a customer does not purchase again
- Encouraging emotional dependency, including pressuring customers to consult before ordinary decisions
- Repeatedly soliciting customers who are in evident distress or crisis
3. Honesty about credentials and experience
Astrologers must describe their training, experience, and traditions accurately. A certification may only be described as such when the issuing organization is named, and Zodiac Zips verifies stated credentials during onboarding. Claims of guaranteed accuracy are prohibited.
4. Platform integrity
- All payments flow through Zodiac Zips — moving customers off-platform for payment is prohibited
- Customer birth data and questions are confidential, used only to prepare that customer’s reading, and never shared or retained beyond platform policy
- Recordings and written summaries are delivered through the platform’s agreed channels
5. Care for vulnerable customers
When a customer raises topics involving self-harm, abuse, or medical or legal crisis, astrologers are expected to pause the astrological frame, respond with plain human care, and point the customer toward appropriate professional help. Astrology is never a substitute for it.
