Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. First Light personalized digital product
First Light is a personalized digital product created using the information submitted with the order. A full refund may be requested before generation begins. Because generation normally starts shortly after payment, cancellation may no longer be possible once processing has begun.
Once generation has begun, purchases are generally final. Refunds remain available for duplicate charges, technical failures that prevent access, materially incomplete or corrupted readings, readings generated from information different from what the customer submitted because of a Zodiac Zips error, or where required by applicable law.
Refunds are not ordinarily provided for a change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, disagreement with an astrological interpretation, expecting a different reading, or failure to review the product description.
2. Email delivery and access links
If you do not receive the access email, Zodiac Zips may verify transactional email status, confirm the checkout email address, resend the message, issue a replacement access link, or confirm that the reading itself is accessible before providing a refund.
Refund requests should be submitted within seven days of purchase. If Zodiac Zips cannot successfully provide access within one business day, or if a manual courtesy refund is approved, a refund may be issued. When a refund is issued, reading access may be revoked.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
3. Recorded readings (Recorded Snapshot)
You may cancel for a full refund any time before your astrologer begins preparing your reading. Once preparation has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled; once delivered, recorded readings are not refundable because the work has been performed.
If your reading is not delivered within the promised 48-hour window, contact us — you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled delivery.
4. Live readings (Live and Extended Live Readings)
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost — cancellations receive a full refund. Within 24 hours of the appointment, the session can be rescheduled once as a courtesy; unattended appointments without notice are not refundable.
If your astrologer needs to reschedule or cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
5. Quality concerns
If something went wrong with your reading — technical failure, a session cut materially short, or conduct inconsistent with our Advisor Standards — contact contact@zodiaczips.com within 7 days. We review every report and may offer a repeat reading with a different astrologer or a partial or full refund. Disagreement with an astrologer’s interpretation is not by itself grounds for a refund; readings are interpretive by nature.
6. How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Reading, payment, fulfillment, access, and audit records are preserved for support, security, accounting, and dispute administration.
