Email contact@zodiaczips.com with your order reference and the checkout email address. We aim to respond to customer-support inquiries within one business day. Technical delivery problems are prioritized and are often addressed sooner.

What to include

For routine link reissuance from the original checkout email, the order reference is usually enough. If you are writing from a different email address, include the order or receipt number, purchaser name, original checkout email, and the new email address you want us to use. Never send a full card number.

If you did not receive the access email, we may confirm the checkout email, check transactional email status, reissue the access link, and confirm the reading is accessible before considering a refund.
